My calendar has yoga with MK scheduled for every Friday! It’s a magical experience walking the grounds of Dawn Ranch pre and post full session. I’m lucky that I am a local in Guerneville but I would travel here from Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg to take her yoga class as I am so much more effecient, productive and my creative juices flow freely when I leave the studio… It’s so lovely!! Bonus is I treat myself to a flaky croissant at Dawn Ranch afterwards under the redwoods.

I moved to Guerneville full time a few months ago and began taking weekly Yin yoga classes with MK. I always feel both relaxed and invigorated after her classes. She is an amazingly gifted teacher and I would highly recommend her!

There are many yoga studios in Sonoma County, but Sol Rio is the only one I'm willing to spend 45 min drive each direction to attend MK's class. Every class leaves me feeling grounded, calm, and with a clear, refreshed mind. MK’s warmth and expertise make every moment special, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

Sol Rio is where I found my love for yoga. Amazing teachers like MK paired with the beauty and vibes of west Sonoma county are unmatched. I leave every class feeling at peace and restored. It’s a wonderful studio that will support your yoga journey regardless of where you’re starting out

MK is such a gifted instructor! I have been lucky enough to find her classes a few years ago and each time it is a beautiful experience. Truly the best yoga instructor, class, and setting I have ever taken. See you again soon!
