MK's classes at Sol Rio are truly magical. First off, she takes the time to get to know everyone and treats her students like family. Her classes benefit you not just physically, but emotionally and mentally leaving you feeling not only strong, but peaceful. Her classes are also flexibly and can accomadate all levels.
